Karen Behnke has done it again--a trailblazing entrepreneur and female founder, her NEW brand, Beauty Crush Skin, Regenerative Biotech Skincare, brings all her interests and passions together--and with the best Clinical results of her beauty career.
After selling her pioneering corporate wellness company to United Healthcare and while serving on the Board of 24 Fitness, Karen ignited the clean beauty movement by launching Juice Beauty in 2005, serving as founder and CEO through 2023.
As the first luxury beauty brand to pioneer sustainable, organic, vegan, and cruelty-free formulations, her former brand gained millions of loyal customers nationwide through ULTA Beauty maintaining a 'Top 15 Prestige Skincare Brand" for 17 years under Karen Behnke's leadership. Her innovative product development approach led to five patents and loyal cuxtomers. She also forged landmark partnerships with Gwyneth Paltrow and Kate Hudson. She sold her majority stake to private equity and left the CEO role in 2023. Recognized by Elle, Forbes, and Cosmopolitan as the “OG of the Clean Beauty Movement", Karen helped pioneer the organic skincare and eco-conscious beauty sector long before it became mainstream
